Ingredients:

| oz | Pkg. orange gelatin | | 1
| cup | Boiling water | | 1
| cup | Pineapple juice and water | | 1
| tbsp | Grated orange rind | | 1 1/3
| cup | Crushed pineapple, drained | | 1
| cup | Carrots, raw, grated | | | GARNISHES | | | Marshmallows | | | Carrot strips |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. | | 2 | Add pineapple juice/water mixture and orange rind. | | 3 | Chill until slightly thickened. | | 4 | Then fold in pineapple and carrots. | | 5 | Pour into 6-8 individual round molds. | | 6 | Chill until firm. | | 7 | Unmold on crisp lettuce. | | 8 | Add carrot strips to form ears, a large marshmallow for the head, and a half a marshmallow for the tail. | | 9 | Serve plain or with mayonnaise, if desired |
