| small | Carrot, minced | | | Clove Garlic, minced | | 1/4
| cup | Dry Red Wine | | 1/8
| tsp | Nutmeg | | 1/8
| tsp | Cayenne Pepper | | 2
| cup | (8oz) Mozzarella Cheese * | | | Egg, lightly beaten | | 1/4
| cup | Parmesan Cheese | | | Jar Ragu Spaghetti Sauce ** | | 3/4
| pack | Lasagna Noodles *** | | | Salt and Pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | * shredded ** 28 oz jar - slow-cooked homestyle *** (3.4 of a 16oz package) cooked and drained preheat oven to 350? | | 2 | In a large skillet, thoroughly brown ground beef; drain fat. | | 3 | Add mushrooms, onion, carrot and garlic; saute until vegetables are tender. | | 4 | Add wine, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper; cook until wine is almost evaporated. | | 5 | Remove from heat; allow to cool 10 to 15 mins. | | 6 | In a medium bowl, thoroughly combine meat mixture, mozzarella cheese, egg and 1 tbls parmesan cheese. | | 7 | Pour ?jar spaghetti sauce evenly in a 13x9" baking dish. | | 8 | Evenly spread 1/3 cup meat filling over length of each lasagna noodle. | | 9 | Carefully roll up noodle. | | 10 | Place seam side down in baking dish. | | 11 | Repeat with remaining noodles. | | 12 | Bake, covered, 40 mins. | | 13 | Uncover, sprinkle with 3 tbls parmesan cheese. | | 14 | Bake 5 mins or until bubbly |
