Ingredients:

| cup | Butter 2 ?c Flour, all purpose - sifted | | 1/2
| cup | Sugar, icing |

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 350°F? | | 2 | Place butter in bowl, should be at room temperature. | | 3 | Add icing sugar. | | 4 | Work together with hands. | | 5 | Add flour. | | 6 | Keep working with hands till well mixed. | | 7 | Put the dough on a board and pat to ? thickness. | | 8 | Cut in rectangles or fancy designs. | | 9 | Bake 20 - 25 minutes at 350°F?till light brown on edges. | | 10 | Anne"s note, it is easier to make this recipe in the food processor. |
