| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tbsp | Water | | 2
| cup | Flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Beat eggs until light. | | 2 | Add salt and water. | | 3 | Work in flour to make a very stiff dough. | | 4 | Knead; then form into a ball. | | 5 | Roll out on floured board until very thin. | | 6 | Dust top with additional flour and roll up like jelly roll. | | 7 | Cut in desired widths. | | 8 | Spread out on flat surface and let dry two hours. | | 9 | Drop in soup to cook |
