1/2 cupSugar
1/4 tspSalt
1 cupButter
3/4 cupGrated unblanched almonds
2 tspVanilla

1/3 cupHalf-and-half
2/3 cupPacked brown sugar
2 cupConfectioners' sugar
1/2 tspVanilla
Chopped pistachio nuts

Procedures:
1Preparation time: 45 minutes baking time: 16 minutes Heat oven to 350 degrees.
2For cookies, sift flour, sugar and salt into bowl.
