12 ozTexas goat cheese
1/2 cupFresh herbs, loosely packed

1 smallGarlic clove (or more)

2 ozUnsalted butter
4 ozFresh ricotta
3 ozCreme fraiche
2 tbspFlour
2 Eggs
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 9-inch pie crust, prebaked
