Ingredients:

| large | Garlic cloves, chopped | | 2
| tsp | Dried basil | | 1
| lbs | Medium shrimp, shelled | | 2
| | Whole green onions, chopped | | | Lots of ground black pepper | | 1/4
| cup | Grated parmesan cheese | | | Grated zest of 1 lg lemon | | 1/2
| tsp | Hot red pepper flakes | | 2
| tsp | Dried oregano | | 1/2
| cup | Finely chopped parsely | | | Salt | | 1/4
| cup | Fresh lemon juice |

Procedures:
| 1 | Melt butter in a large, heavy skillet. | | 2 | Add lemon zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil, and oregano, and cook 2 minutes. | | 3 | Add shrimp and saute until opaque, about 4 minutes. | | 4 | Add parsley, green onions, salt,and pepper, and cook 1 minutes. | | 5 | Stir in lemon juice and cook another minutes, then toss with hot pasta and parmesan cheese, and serve at once. | | 6 | Serve with or without extra grated cheese. | | 7 | Serves Recommended pasta: ?pound spaghetti or linguine |
