Herbs, lemon, and shrimp sauce

Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter
6 largeGarlic cloves, chopped
2 tspDried basil
1 lbsMedium shrimp, shelled
2 Whole green onions, chopped
Lots of ground black pepper
1/4 cupGrated parmesan cheese
Grated zest of 1 lg lemon
1/2 tspHot red pepper flakes
2 tspDried oregano
1/2 cupFinely chopped parsely
Salt
1/4 cupFresh lemon juice
Procedures:
1Melt butter in a large, heavy skillet.
2Add lemon zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, basil, and oregano, and cook 2 minutes.
3Add shrimp and saute until opaque, about 4 minutes.
4Add parsley, green onions, salt,and pepper, and cook 1 minutes.
5Stir in lemon juice and cook another minutes, then toss with hot pasta and parmesan cheese, and serve at once.
6Serve with or without extra grated cheese.
7Serves Recommended pasta: ?pound spaghetti or linguine
