Ingredients:
| 3/4
| lbs | Fusilli lunghi pasta | | 1/4
| cup | Vegetable oil | | 1
| | Onion, chopped | | 3/4
| lbs | Ground chicken | | 1
| cup | Shelled walnuts | | 1/3
| cup | Minced fresh parsley | | 1
| tbsp | Paprika | | 1/2
| cup | Plain, non-fat yogurt | | | Salt and freshly ground | | | -pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and bring the water back to a boil and cook for 8 to 10 minutes until tender, but still firm to the bite. | | 2 | In a skillet heat oil, add onions and cook for 2 minutes. | | 3 | Stir in chicken, walnuts, parsley and paprika and cook until heated through and chicken is cooked. | | 4 | Now remove skillet from heat and stir in yogurt. | | 5 | Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. | | 6 | Drain, pat dry and transfer pasta to a serving dish. | | 7 | Add sauce and toss to combine. | | 8 | Serve immediately. | | 9 | Yield: 4 servings pasta monday to friday show #ps6509 |
