Ingredients:
3 lbsAntelope round steak
-cut 1 ?inches thick
3/4 cupFresh lemon juice
1/4 cupChopped onion
1/4 cupVegetable oil
1/4 tspVegetable oil
1/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspCelery seed
1/4 tspOnion salt
1/4 tspThyme (if desired)
1/4 tspRosemary
1/4 tspOregano (if desired)
2 Cloves of garlic, crushed
Procedures:
1In plastic bag or large shallow bowl, combine all ingredients except meat.
2Add meat and marinate 6-8 hours.
3Prepare barbeque for cooking.
4Place steak on rack 6 inches above hot coals.
5Grill 10-15 minutes, basting occasionally.
6Turn, continue basting, and grill 10-15 minutes longer for medium steak.
7Serves 6-8
