Ingredients:
1/3 cupHeavy cream
3/4 cupButtermilk
1 tspGrated lemon rind
1/4 tspGround ginger
1/8 tspGround cardamom
1/4 cupGaram masala, allspice or
Nutmeg
Procedures:
1Whip the cream in a medium-sized, chilled bowl until soft peaks form.
2Mix remaining ingredints together in a small bowl and gently fold into the cream.
3The sauce should be the consistency of thick cream.
4For a thicker sauce use only ?cup of buttermilk
