Ingredients:
6 largeBoneless Chicken Breasts
1 tbspOlive Oil
1 largeClove Minced Garlic
1 cupHeavy Cream
2 tbspFresh Herb Mixture *
3 tbspMinced Shallots
3 tbspButter
1/2 cupWhite Wine
1 tbspChopped Sundried Tomatoes Or
1 largeFresh Tomato, Chopped
Salt & Pepper To Taste
Procedures:
1* fresh herb mixture; thyme, parsley, sweet marjoram and basil.

3~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- cut chicken breast diagonally in ?inch strips.
4Melt butter and oil in heavy skillet over moderate heat.
5Increase heat, add chicken, ?of the herbs, salt and pepper.
6Saute until opaque; set aside and keep warm.
7Add shallots and garlic to pan and saute quickly (?minute).
8Reduce heat and add cream, wine, tomatoes and the remaining herbs.
9Bring to a boil, stirring until sauce thickens.
10Return chicken to pan and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until heated through
