| large | Boneless Chicken Breasts | | 1
| tbsp | Olive Oil | | 1
| large | Clove Minced Garlic | | 1
| cup | Heavy Cream | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh Herb Mixture * | | 3
| tbsp | Minced Shallots | | 3
| tbsp | Butter | | 1/2
| cup | White Wine | | 1
| tbsp | Chopped Sundried Tomatoes Or | | 1
| large | Fresh Tomato, Chopped | | | Salt & Pepper To Taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | * fresh herb mixture; thyme, parsley, sweet marjoram and basil. | | 2 | 1-?ts of each. | | 3 | ~--------------------------------------------------------------------- ~-- cut chicken breast diagonally in ?inch strips. | | 4 | Melt butter and oil in heavy skillet over moderate heat. | | 5 | Increase heat, add chicken, ?of the herbs, salt and pepper. | | 6 | Saute until opaque; set aside and keep warm. | | 7 | Add shallots and garlic to pan and saute quickly (?minute). | | 8 | Reduce heat and add cream, wine, tomatoes and the remaining herbs. | | 9 | Bring to a boil, stirring until sauce thickens. | | 10 | Return chicken to pan and simmer 2 to 3 minutes until heated through |
