Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbsChuck roast, boneless
16 ozCn tomatoes
1 tspSugar
1 tspSalt
1 Bay leaf
1 Bouillon cube
1/4 tspThyme, dried
1/4 tspPepper
4 medCarrots
16 ozCn sweet peas
Procedures:
1Trim all the fat from the meat and cut into bite size cubes.
2Peel and cut carrots into fourths.
3In a large skillet quickly brown the meat using trimmed fat for oil.
4Stir in the tomatoes breaking them up with the spoon.
5Add the seasonings and carrots.
6Cover and simmer for 1 ?hours.
7Stir in the peas and heat through.
8Serve over noodles or rice
