Hearty spaghetti sauce

Ingredients:
3 tspOlive or other vegetable oil
3 cupGarlic, finely chopped
2 Onions, finely chopped
2 Celery
2 Carrots, finely chopped
1 1/2 lbsGround beef
1 cupMilk
2 cupTomatoes with juice
1/4 tspChili peppers, dried, hot re
1/2 tspBasil, dried
1/2 tspOregano, dried
1 tspParsley, fresh or
1 tspParsely, dried
1 tspSalt, or more to taste
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Fat grams per serving: approx. cook time: 1:30 heat oil in a deep large skillet or dutch oven.
2Add garlic, onions, celery and carrots.
3Cook until vegetables are tender.
4(about 8 minutes).
5Add meat and brown, discard excess fat, if any.
6Add milk, cook covered 20 minutes over medium low heat.
7Break up tomatoes.
8Add to meat mixture with juices.
9Add remaining ingedients.
10Cook uncovered 1 hour.
11Taste and add seasoning if necessary
