Marinated lemon chicken

Ingredients:
2 cupGreek virgin olive oil
8 largeChicken breasts
- (skin & bones removed)
6 Garlic cloves, crushed
2 Lemons, juiced
2 tbspFresh oregano, chopped
1/8 tspWhite pepper
4 ozFeta cheese, cut in 8 slices
Procedures:
1In a large pan place the olive oil.
2Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the oil.
3Spread the garlic on both sides of the chicken.
4Sprinkle the lemon juice over the chicken.
5Sprinkle on the oregano and white pepper.
6Cover the pan and place it in the refrigerator.
7Marinate the chicken for 24 hours.
8Charbroil the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until it is done.
9Brush the chicken with the marinade the entire time that you are cooking it.
10Place the broiled chicken on a large serving platter.
11Put a piece of feta cheese on top of each chicken breast.
