Ingredients:
| 2
| cup | Greek virgin olive oil | | 8
| large | Chicken breasts | | | - (skin & bones removed) | | 6
| | Garlic cloves, crushed | | 2
| | Lemons, juiced | | 2
| tbsp | Fresh oregano, chopped | | 1/8
| tsp | White pepper | | 4
| oz | Feta cheese, cut in 8 slices |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a large pan place the olive oil. | | 2 | Add the chicken breasts and coat them well with the oil. | | 3 | Spread the garlic on both sides of the chicken. | | 4 | Sprinkle the lemon juice over the chicken. | | 5 | Sprinkle on the oregano and white pepper. | | 6 | Cover the pan and place it in the refrigerator. | | 7 | Marinate the chicken for 24 hours. | | 8 | Charbroil the chicken for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until it is done. | | 9 | Brush the chicken with the marinade the entire time that you are cooking it. | | 10 | Place the broiled chicken on a large serving platter. | | 11 | Put a piece of feta cheese on top of each chicken breast. |
