Can Tomato sauce

Red wine or white (optional)

Sweet green pepper

Dried leaf basil

Procedures:

Heat oil in a large saucpan set over medium heat.

Add chunky pasta-style stewed tomatoes with tomatoe paste and red or white wine to the sauce pan.

Add onions and garlic.

Saute for 2 min. add remaining ingredients.

Cover and bring to a boil, stirring often.

Then, reduce heat and simmer, stirring often for at least 5 min. add a pinch of sugar if needed
