Ingredients:
1/2 cupMango, peeled and diced
1/2 cupPlain nonfat yogurt
Crushed ice
Sprig of fresh mint for
-garnish
Procedures:
1Place mango, yogurt and ice in a blender or food processor and whirl away.
2Pour into glass and garnish with a mint sprig if desired.
3You may want to add a little milk if the drink is too thick, ot a little brown sugar for more depth of taste.
