Ingredients:
2 lbsSquid
2 tbspOlive Oil
3/4 cupDry Red Wine
1/2 tspSalt, Pepper, Sugar
1 1/2 tbspParsley, Chopped
Procedures:
1Clean squid, discard tenacles, wash bodies and drain.
2Place squid in a heavy saucepan with olive oil, wine, salt, pepper and sugar.
3Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour.
4Remove from heat, cool, sprinkle with parsley and serve
