| 1 | Chop almonds except 6 or Put the water, butter and sugar into a wide pot, mix well to dissolve sugar. |
| 2 | Bring to boil, then add farina. |
| 3 | Stir the mixture rapidly to prevent its sticking and forming lumps. |
| 4 | Simmer over low heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. |
| 5 | Add chopped almonds and half of the cinnamon; stir well. |
| 6 | Pour into butttered pan, spreading mixture evenly. |
| 7 | Cool, and score into squares or diamonds. |
| 8 | Put a whole almond on each piece. |
| 9 | Bake in 350°F. oven for 15 min. remove from oven. |
| 10 | Sprinkle with cinnamon and the 3 tb. sugar. |
| 11 | Cool; cut and serve. |
| 12 | Serves 6 to 8 |
