Ingredients:

| tsp | Oregano | | 1
| | Onion, chopped | | 1
| cup | Red wine | | 1
| | Clove garlic, chopped | | 8
| oz | Can tomatoes | | 5
| | Very ripe tomatoes | | | (coarsely chopped) | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, chopped | | 1
| pinch | Allspice | | | Salt & pepper to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat fry pan and add olive oil. | | 2 | Saute onion and garlic until clear. | | 3 | Add tomatoes, parsley and oregano. | | 4 | Simmer, covered until the tomatoes are very tender, about 25 min. add remaining ingredients and cook 20 more minutes. |
