Ingredients:
1/2 cupButter
1 tspGarlic powder, or more to
-taste
3 lbsPork spareribs
Procedures:
1Lemon juice oregano combine butter and garlic.
2Rub garlic mixture on both sides of ribs.
3Squeeze fresh lemon juice all over ribs.
4Sprinkle oregano all over ribs.
5Place in oven.
6Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
7Baste lemon juice over meat several times during baking and just before serving.
8Makes excellent finger food! serves 4.
