Ingredients:

| lbs | White potatoes | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped yellow onions | | 1/4
| cup | Finely minced garlic | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Dry oregano | | 1/2
| tsp | Basil | | 1
| cup | Fresh lemon juice | | 1/2
| cup | Vegetable oil | | | -Water (as needed) |

Procedures:
