1/2 lbsFeta Cheese
1/2 lbsFarmers Or Ricotta Cheese
1/2 lbsSwiss Cheese, Mild *
1/2 cupHoney
5 largeEggs
TOPPING
2 tbspHoney
1 tspCinnamon, Ground
Procedures:
1* the swiss cheese should be very finely grated.

3Press the feta and ricotta cheese through a sieve.
4In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cheeses and honey until smooth.
5Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
6Pour the mixture into the prepared crust.
7Prepare the topping.
8Drizzle the honey over the cake, then dust with the cinnamon.
9Bake the cake for about 55 minutes, or until set.
10Cool to room temperature, then chill
