Ham and artichoke heart pasta salad

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cupPenne
2 cupGreen beans, chopped
1 largeTomato
1 Sweet red pepper
6 Green onions
6 ozMarinated artichoke hearts
1/2 lbsCooked ham, in long pieces
Pepper
2 tbspParsley, fresh, chopped
DRESSING
1/4 cupCider vinegar
1 tbspGrainy mustard
2 tspDijon mustard
1 clGarlic, minced
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupOlive oil
Procedures:
1In large pot of boiling salted water, cook penne for 7 minutes.
2Add green beans; cook for 3 minutes or until tender-crisp and pasta is tender but firm.
3Drain and rinse under cold water; drain again and place in large bowl.
4Meanwhile, coarsely chop tomato.
5Seed and halve red pepper crosswise; cut into thin strips.
6Slice green onions.
7Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 1 tbsp marinade; cut hearts in half.
8Add tomato, red pepper, green onions, artichoke hearts and ham to pasta mixture.
9Dressing: in small bowl, whisk together vinegar, grainy and dijon mustards, garlic and salt; gradually whisk in oil.
10Whisk in reserved marinade.
11Toss gently with pasta mixture.
12Season with pepper to taste.
13Garnish with parsley
