Ingredients:

3 lbsRaw large shrimp
1/2 cupLemon juice
1/2 cupButter, whipped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 cupChopped green onion tops
3 largeTomatoes, peeled, in wedges
1 tspOregano
Salt & pepper
1 lbsFeta cheese, crumbled
3/4 cupCream sherry
Procedures:
1Peel and devein shrimp.
2Sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
3Melt butter in large skillet.
4Saute garlic, green onion tops and tomato wedges.
5Add shrimp and season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
6Turn shrimp frequently and saute until pink.
7Add feta cheese and cream sherry.
8Bring to boil and cook 3 to 4 minutes.
9Remove shrimp carefully to casserole.
10Spoon cheese-sherry mixture over shrimp.
