Ingredients:
6 cupAlmonds
3 cupSugar
3 ea Egg whites
2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Blanch almonds.
2Dry in oven, mash with mortar and pestle, or pulverize in blender or food processor or grinder.
3Place sugar, egg whites, and vanilla in bowl; add the almonds.
4Blend, using your fingers, into a thick dough or mass.
5Shape into narrow "fingers," and place on a buttered baking sheet.
6Bake in preheated 300°F. oven for about 20 min.
