Ingredients:
1 cupCold water
2 tbspGround espresso coffee
1/2 eachCinnamon stick (3" long)
4 tspCreme de cacao
2 tspBrandy
2 tbspWhipping cream, chilled
1 eachGrated semisweet chocolate
Procedures:
1Make espresso with water and coffee.
2Break cinnamon stick into small pieces and add to hot espresso.
3Allow to cool slightly.
4Add creme de cacao and brandy, and stir gently.
5Pour into demitasse cups.
6Whip the cream, and float a dollop on top of each cup.
7Garnish with grated chocolate or chocolate curls.
8Multiply proportions by six and it"s perfect for a party.
