Ingredients:

| cup | Flour | | 3
| tsp | Baking powder | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | | 3 ea Eggs | | 1
| cup | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Almonds, finely chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Warm milk | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Sift the flour with baking powder. | | 2 | Cream butter in a bowl until very light. | | 3 | In separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar unti thick and light and add to the butter. | | 4 | Add almonds and flour, and mix well. | | 5 | Blend in the milk and vanilla, and knead to make a fairly stiff dough. | | 6 | Pinch off small pcs. | | 7 | Of the dough and shape them between the palms of your hands into flat rounds. | | 8 | Place on a buttered sheet and bake in preheated 300°F. oven for abt. | | 9 | 15 min. cool and serve |
