Ingredients:
3 cupFlour
3 tspBaking powder
1/2 cupButter
3 ea Eggs
1 cupSugar
1 cupAlmonds, finely chopped
1/2 cupWarm milk
2 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Sift the flour with baking powder.
2Cream butter in a bowl until very light.
3In separate bowl, beat eggs with sugar unti thick and light and add to the butter.
4Add almonds and flour, and mix well.
5Blend in the milk and vanilla, and knead to make a fairly stiff dough.
6Pinch off small pcs.
7Of the dough and shape them between the palms of your hands into flat rounds.
8Place on a buttered sheet and bake in preheated 300°F. oven for abt.
