Ingredients:
1 lbsBeef round steak
1 tbspVegetable oil
1 tspSesame oil
1 tbspLow-sodium soy sauce
3 Celery stalk, thinly sliced
-diagonally
2 medSize onions, sliced
1 cupChicken broth
2 cupBean sprouts, rinsed
Procedures:
1Trim any fat from steak and dice.
2In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat oils and stir-fry meat over high heat 1 minute.
3Stir in soy sauce.
4Remove meat with a slotted spoon and keep warm.
5Add celery, onions and broth to the skillet.
6Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook 5 minutes.
7Add bean sprouts.
8Cook 3 minutes more, then return meat and stir to heat.
9Serve with confitti rice and sesame spinach salad.
