Amigdalota (almond macaroons)

Ingredients:
1 lbsGround almonds
4 Egg whites
Pn Salt
Rosewater
2 tbspToasted bread crumbs
3/4 cupSugar
1/2 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspVanilla
Powdered sugar
Procedures:
1Beat egg whites with salt until stiff and add lemon juice.
2Fold in almonds, sugar and crumbs gradually.
3Add vanilla.
4Cut a brown paper bag to fit cookie sheet and grease paper and bake at 275°F.
5About 20 minutes, checking after 15 to prevent burning.
6Take out and brush with rosewater.
7Lift off macaroons after loosening them by moistening the paper.
8Sift powdered sugar over warm cookies
