Ingredients:
16 ozRotini, Twists or Spirals
-- uncooked
12 ozFresh tuna steak, cooked
3 tbspOlive or vegetable oil
4 tbspDijon-style mustard
6 tbspRice wine vinegar
Grated rind of 3 limes
-- finely chopped
6 Fresh parsley sprigs
-- chopped
2 tbspLow-sodium soy sauce
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tspDried dill weed
1 cupChopped red bell pepper
1 cupGreen beans, julienne

2/3 cupRed onion
-- pared, thinly sliced
Procedures:
1Break tuna into small bite-size pieces; reserve.
2Cook pasta; drain and rinse with cold water.
3Combine all dressing ingredients; mix well.
4Toss together pasta, peppers, beans, onions, tuna and dressing.
5If possible, refrigerate salad overnight to allow flavors to blend.
6Serve cold.
