| | Lasagna noodles | | 6
| cup | Spaghetti sauce (commercial | | | -or homemade) | | 1 1/2
| cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese | | 1/4
| cup | Freshly grated parmesan | | | -cheese |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. | | 2 | Drain, and rinse with cool water, set aside. | | 3 | In bottom of greased 11x7 inch baking dish,spread about ?cup sauce. | | 4 | Spread about ?cup sauce on each lasagna noodle. | | 5 | Carefully roll each one up and place, seam side down, in baking dish. | | 6 | Top with remaining sauce. | | 7 | Cover and bake in 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. | | 8 | Uncover and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan. | | 9 | Return to oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts and top is lightly browned. | | 10 | Makes 4-6 servings. |
