Ingredients:

| oz | Ground beef, lean | | 4
| | Green onions, sliced | | 1
| cl | Garlic, minced | | 1/2
| cup | Salsa | | 1/2
| cup | Low-fat cottage cheese | | 1
| tsp | Cornstarch | | 1/4
| tsp | Dried oregano. crushed | | 2
| | Flour tortillas, 6 inch | | 1/4
| cup | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |

Procedures:
