Ingredients:
1/2 Whole cucumber
2 smallCelery stalks -- chopped
2 tspHorseradish
2 1/2 cupCherry tomatoes -- cut in
Half
4 Whole radishes -- trimmed
Sliced thin
1/2 Whole jalapeno pepper --
Finely diced
2 tbspFresh dill -- snipped
2 tspWORcestershire sauce
2 tbspFresh lime juice
3/4 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
Procedures:
1Peel cucumber in alternating strips.
2Remove seeds if necessary; chop into ?inch dice.
3Combine cucumber, celery, horseradish, tomatoes, radishes, jalapeno and dill in a bowl; toss to combine.
4Add worchestire sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper; toss again.
5Let stand for about 30 minutes before serving
