Ingredients:
2 cupInstant nonfat dry milk pwdr
3/4 cupCornstarch
1/2 cupInst.low-sod.chicken bouill.
2 tbspDried onion flakes
1 tspDried, crushed basil
1 tspDried, crushed thyme
1/2 tspPepper
Procedures:
13 cups mix = equivalent to nine 10 oz cans of soup.
2Combine all ingredients.
3Mix and store in airtight container.
4To use, combine 1/3 cup mix with 1 ?cup water in a saucepan.
5Cook and stir until thickened.
6Add ?cup chopped celery or ?cup chopped fresh mushrooms if desired.
