Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupShredded peeled potatoes
1 1/2 cupShredded cheddar cheese
Divided
1/2 tspPepper, divided
1/4 tspOnion salt, divided
1 lbsGround beef
1 1/2 cupShredded cabbage
1 can(4oz) chopped green chilies
Drained
1/2 cupTaco sauce
Additional taco sauce
Optional
Procedures:
1Combine potatoes, ?cup cheese, ?ts pepper and 1/8 ts.
2Onion salt.
3Press into bottom and up sides of a greased 10" pie plate.
4Bake at 350°F.
520 minutes.
6Brown beef; drain.
7Add cabbage, saute until crisp.
8Remove from heat and add chilies, taco sauce and remaining pepper and onion salt.
9Spoon into crust; bake another 20 mintues.
10Sprinkle with cheese and bakae until cheese melts.
