Ingredients:

| cup | Boiling water | | 3
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| oz | Instant coffee | | 2
| cup | Brandy | | 2
| tsp | Vanilla |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dissolve the coffee in the boiling water, add sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved. | | 2 | Set aside to cool. | | 3 | Add the brandy to the cooled liquid (the alcohol will evaporate in hot liquid) and add the vanilla. | | 4 | Pour into bottles, put on a label, and put on the shelf |
