Ingredients:
1 eachSlice Bacon
1/4 tbspInstant Beef Bouillon
1/4 lbsStew Meat ?inch Cubes
2 tbspDry Red Wine
4 eachSmall Whole Fresh Mushrooms
2 tbspUnbleached Flour
1/8 tbspDried Basil, Crushed
3 3/4 ozCanned Tomatoes, Cut Up
1/4 cupFrozen Pearl Onions
Procedures:
1In a 20-oz casserole, micro-cook bacon, loosely covered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 ?minutes or till done.
2Drain bacon, reserving drippings in casserole.
3Crumble bacon and set aside.
4Stir flour, bouillon granules, and basil into drippings.
5Add beef, undrained tomatoes, and wine; mix well.
6Micro-cook, covered, on 100% power for 1 minute, stirring once.
7Micro-cook, covered, on 50% power for 10 minutes, stirring once.
8Stir in onions and mushrooms.
9Micro-cook, covered, on 50% power for 10 to 12 minutes or til meat is tender, stirring twice.
10Sprinkle crumbled bacon atop and serve
