Ingredients:
2 cupSugar
1 quartWater
12 Whole cloves
4 Cinnamon sticks
2 tbspGinger, chopped
4 Allspice berries
3 cupOrange juice
2 cupLemon juice
2 quartCider
Procedures:
1Make syrup by boiling sugar and water for 10 minutes.
2Add cloves, cinnamon, allspice, and ginger.
3Let syrup stand covered in warm place for one hour.
4Add orange and lemon juice and cider.
5Bring quickly to boil and serve at once
