Ingredients:

| oz | Silken tofu | | 16
| oz | Vanilla soymilk | | 1
| tbsp | Vanilla extract | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Brown sugar | | 1/4
| tsp | Turmeric | | 1/2
| cup | Brandy or rum, optional | | | Nutmeg |

Procedures:
| 1 | In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except nutmeg. | | 2 | Blending thoroughly, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. | | 3 | Serve well chilled & dusted with nutmeg. | | 4 | **note: this vegan eggnog is rather suscpetible to the flavour of alcohol, so you amy want to start with smaller amounts if adding alcohol to your nog & add more as necessary |
