Ingredients:

2/3 cupVegetable Oil
2/3 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupEgg Whites
2 tbspLemon Juice
2 tbspGrated fresh or finley chop-
Ped dried lemon rind
1 tspLemon flavoring
1 cupAll-purpose flour
1 cupRolled oats
1/2 tspBaking powder
1/2 tspBaking soda
1 1/2 cupCrispy rice cereal
Procedures:
1Place oil and brown sugar in a mixer bowl in a mixer bowl and mix at medium speed until creamy.
2Add egg whites, lemon juice, rind and flavoring, and mix at medium speed to blend well.
3Stir flour, oatmeal, baking powder, and baking soda together to blend well; add to creamy mixture while beating a medium speed.
