Ingredients:
**VANILLA SHAKE**
1/2 cupSkim milk
3 packEqual
3 Ice cubes
1 tspVanilla extract
**CHOCOLATE SHAKE**
Substitute 3 tsp. cocoa and
1/2 tspVanilla for vanilla
**MOCHA SHAKE**
Substitute 1-?tsp.instant
-Coffee, 1 tsp. cocoa & 1 ts
-brandy extract for vanilla.
**PINA COLADA SHAKE**
-substitute 2 tbsp. drained
-crushed pineapple (packed
-in own juice and 1 tsp. rum
-for vanilla.
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients in blender.
2Blend at high speed until smooth.
3Serve immediately.
4Makes approximately one 12 oz. serving.
