Ingredients:
6 lbsBRISKET
2 tspGARLIC POWDER
1 tspPEPPER
1 tbspCELERY SEED
10 3/4 ozCREAM OF ????? SOUP
1 ea LARGE ONION
1 ea PAPRIKA AS NEEDED
Procedures:
1Place brisket on a large piece of heavy duty foil.
2Season to taste with the pepper, garlic powder and celery seed.
3Spread with soup and top with inion slices.
4Wrap brisket tightly in the foil and refrigerate overnight.
5To bake let stand at room temperature for 1 hour.
6Place in baking pan and bake at 325 deg f. for 2 ?hours.
7Uncover and sprinkle with paprika.
8Return to oven and bake ?hour more.
9Slice thinly across the grain to serve
