Ingredients:
5 tbspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/3 cupSugar
1/8 tspSalt
1/4 cupWater
16 ozMilk
16 ozHalf & Half
1 tspVanilla Extract
Whipped Cream
Procedures:
1Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and water in a medium saucepan.
2Bring to a boil over medium heat; then reduce heat and simmer, stirring, 2 minutes.
3Stir in milk, half & half and vanilla.
4Heat, stirring, until cocoa is just a the boiling point.
5Garnish with whipped cream
