| 1 | Make simple syrup by combine sugar and water in small saucepan over medium-high heat. |
| 2 | Stir until clear. |
| 3 | Remove from heat and let cool. |
| 4 | Spoon out avocado pulp and place in blender. |
| 5 | Add syrup and blend to mix, then add cold milk and blend. |
| 6 | Divide between 2 tall glasses. |
| 7 | Top each serving with ?cup chocolate milk (to form separate layer) and crushed ice. |
