Ingredients:
| 2/3
| cup | Dark brown sugar | | 4
| | Hershey Choc Bars | | 1/2
| cup | Butter | | | Chopped nuts |

Procedures:
| 1 | Butter a loaf pan. | | 2 | Sprinkle nuts into the pan. | | 3 | Unwrap chocolate bars. | | 4 | Stir together brown sugar, and butter in heavy saucepan, over medium heat. | | 5 | Stir constantly. | | 6 | When mixture starts to boil, time exactly 6 minutes,(not 5.5 not 6.5---6!) remove from heat and pour over nuts. | | 7 | Immediately top with chocolate bars. | | 8 | Spread melting chocolate over the top of the hot toffee. | | 9 | Chill. | | 10 | Break into uneven pieces. | | 11 | This recipe is easily doubled or tripled |
