Ingredients:

| tbsp | Vegetable Oil | | 1
| lbs | Round Steak, Cubed | | 3
| | Onions, Medium, Chopped | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/2
| tsp | Garlic Salt | | 1
| tsp | Paprika | | 1/4
| tsp | Sugar | | 2
| cup | Water, Hot | | 1
| tbsp | Unbleached Flour | | 1/4
| cup | Water, Cold | | 1/2
| cup | Cream, Heavy |

Procedures:
| 1 | Heat vegetable oil in a large fry pan or dutch oven. | | 2 | Add meat cubes and brown well, approximately 10 minutes. | | 3 | Stir in onions; cook until soft. | | 4 | Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic salt, paprika, and sugar. | | 5 | Blend thoroughly. | | 6 | Pour in hot water; cover and simmer gently about 1 ?hours. | | 7 | In a small jar or container, shake or blend flour with cold water. | | 8 | Be sure to break up all lumps. | | 9 | Add to meat about 7 minutes before the end of the cooking time. | | 10 | Stir constantly until sauce is thickened and bubbling. | | 11 | Remove from heat; stir in cream. | | 12 | Serve with noodles, accompanied by a tomato salad if desired |
