Ingredients:
3/4 cupSugar
12 Eggs, separated
1 pintBourbon
2 cupHeavy cream
Procedures:
1Slowly add the sugar to the egg yolks and beat until very stiff and white.
2Beat the egg whites until stiff.
3Stir the bourbon into yolk mixture.
4Mix in whites and the cream with a wire whisk.
5Chill until served.
6This is better on the second day.
7You can add a sprinkle of nutmeg to each serving
