Ingredients:
1 1/2 ozBrandy
2 Mint Sprig
1 tbspSugar Syrup
3 ozDry Sparkling White Wine
Procedures:
1Crush one sprig of mint in sugar syrup in a champagne glass.
2Fill glass with crushed ice.
3Add brandy, then sparkling wine.
4Stir gently.
