Ingredients:
1/4 lbsHamburger
4 tbspChopped onion
2 tbspChopped celery
2 tbspChopped green pepper
1/8 tspTyme
1/4 tspSugar
1/2 tspWorchestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbspChile sauce
2/3 cupCanned tomatoes
1/2 cupWater
1/4 cupPearl barley, salt&pepper
Procedures:
1Saute beef, onion, celery and green pepper.
2Pour off fat and stir in rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil then turn down heat and simmer until barley is cooked
