Ingredients:
3/4 cupPumpkin, canned
3/4 cupSugar, brown, light
1/2 cupSour cream
1 Eggs, beaten
1 tspVanilla
1 cupRaisins, seedless
1/2 cupWalnuts, chopped
1 1/2 cupFlour, all-purpose
1 tspCinnamon
1/2 tspGinger
1/2 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 tspChiles, habanero, ground
1/4 tspAllspice
1/4 tspNutmeg
HEAT SCALE = MEDIUM
Procedures:
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2Combine the pumpkin, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla and mix well.
3Stir in the raisins and the walnuts.
4Sift the dry ingredients together.
5Stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just mixed.
6Drop a tablespoon of the dough onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
7Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
